The Borgo of Palazzo de’ Rossi, recently refurbished, is a historic setting that welcomes travellers, tourists and corporate guests in search of peace, beauty and relaxation. It offers 16 retro-style rooms and 12 suites with 25 contemporary-style rooms, equipped with every comfort.
We are just a few kilometres from Bologna, immersed in one of the oldest hamlets in the area, surrounded by fields, ravines and views that change colour with the seasons. Here, on the Via degli Dei’s route, everything invites you to slow down. Here, you will find your own space and the time to recharge.
The Rooms
The hotel at Palazzo de’ Rossi comprises three types of accommodation, each with its own personality.
- Historic rooms (1–12) – Located in the main body of the palazzo, with dark wooden ceilings and warm colours, an intimate and historic atmosphere.
- Dependance (13–16) – Adjacent to the main building, situated in the rear garden. They have a more modern and minimal style, in neutral and relaxing tones.
- Suites (1–11) – Independent apartments with kitchen, living area, spacious bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi: the freedom of a home with the services of a hotel.

We are open 7 days a week, with breakfast and dinner served every day, except on Tuesday evenings (restaurant rest day).

Breakfast at the Palazzo
Upon waking, you can start the day with delicacies prepared by us or by our trusted bakery in Sasso Marconi: cakes, cereal bread, biscuits. You will also find a wide selection of cereals, dried fruit, yoghurt and jams. And for those with a tooth for cured meats and cheese, products from local farms complete the offering.
Espresso coffee is always freshly prepared.
For guests with coeliac requirements, we offer individually packaged gluten-free products.
Corporate Hospitality
Companies can establish agreements with the Hotel at Palazzo de’ Rossi for overnight stays for clients, employees and associates.
With us, companies can organize corporate dinners and small events in a truly exclusive setting. We also provide a meeting room equipped with a projector, seating approximately 30 people, as well as a coffee-break service for participants.
